1. Processing Time

* All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
* You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

*Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping location.
*Delivery time will depend on the warehouse location of the item(s) purchased. Delivery can range from 3 days to 15 days depending on product location and customer location.
*Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, abnormal weather conditions, or peak holiday seasons.

3. International Shipping (Outside the US & Canada) 

*We offer international shipping to most countries. If you've made a purchase and we cannot ship yo your country then the amount charged will be fully refunded.
*Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
*Customs, Duties, & Taxes - Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Thirsty Buyer Outdoors is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the responsibility of the customer.

4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking link you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
